FIRST PRIDE Cooked Mince

Thawed

360 gm

Thai Chili

, Minced

1 tbl

Vegetarian Oyster Sauce

3 1/2 tbl

Light Soy Sauce / Seasoning Sauce

1 tbl

Dark Sweet Soy Sauce

1 tsp

Sugar

1 tsp

Water

1/2 cup

Krapow Leaves

, Picked and washed

1 cup

Vegetable Oil

2 tbl

Rice

Heat oil over high heat

Sauté FIRST PRIDE Cooked Mince for 3-4 minutes

Add in chili and stir fry for 2 minutes

Add vegetarian oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and dark sweet soy sauce. Stir well.

Add in water and sugar and stir fry for 2 minutes or until sauce reduces by half

Remove from heat and toss with krapow leaves, reserving a few leaves for garnish

Serve with rice and top with krapow leaves and sliced chili for garnish
