Heat oil over high heat

Sauté FIRST PRIDE Cooked Mince for 4-5 minutes.

Add in drained glass noodles, mushrooms, cabbage, carrot, white and black pepper. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes.

Add in oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and sugar and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.

When mixture is cool, lay out a wrapper with a corner facing you and fill:
1) place 2-3tbl of filling on to wrapper
2) Bring the corner facing you over the mixture and secure tightly and roll once away from you
3) Fold the left and right sides over tightly over the mixture and roll tightly leaving approximately 6cm of wrapper.
4) Brush the remaining wrapper with beaten egg and finish rolling.
5) Repeat process until mixture is finished.

Fill a saucepan or wok to about 1/3 capacity with the vegetable oil. Heat over high heat. Once the oil is hot (325°F or 165°C or when a wooden spoon dipped into the oil forms small little bubbles) cook spring rolls until golden and blistered for 3-5 mins. Drain on kitchen paper.
