Ingredients


FIRST PRIDE Cooked Mince

Thawed

180 gm

Young Ginger

, Grated with juice

1 tsp

Broccoli

, Cut into small pcs

1/2 cup

Sugar Snap Peas / Edamame

, Cleaned

Teriyaki Sauce

2 tbl

Udon Noodles

, Boiled as per instructions on pack

As desired

Vegetable Oil

Pickled Ginger

Directions

Heat oil over medium high heat

Sauté FIRST PRIDE Cooked Mince for 4-5 minutes

Add in ginger, broccoli, and peas/edamame. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes

Add in teriyaki sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until sauce has thickened to coat a spoon.

Add in udon noodles and stir fry for 1-2 minutes to combine. Remove from heat.

Serve in a deep bowl, garnish with pickled ginger and enjoy!
